Broncos TicketExchange Frequently Asked Questions

What is Broncos TicketExchange?

Broncos TicketExchange is the only authorized place to resell your Denver Broncos season tickets.

Who can sell their seats on TicketExchange?

The Broncos TicketExchange is currently available to all Denver Broncos Season Ticket Holders.

If the buyers of my seats violate the Fan Code of Conduct will I be held responsible?

No. The Broncos TicketExchange is the only place the selling ticket holder will not be held responsible for the conduct of individuals who purchase tickets.

Can I sell my ADA seats?

ADA seats are for the use of our ADA qualified fans. If you have ADA/Wheelchair season tickets, please contact the Broncos Ticket Office to exchange your seats for non ADA seats per the ADA exchange policy before posting them for resale.

How much can I sell my tickets for?

Tickets can be posted at a value greater than or equal to the single game ticket price. The seller will receive 90% of the posting price of each ticket sold.

Where does the money from the sale go?

The money from the sale becomes a credit on your account to be applied to any future season and post season purchases. If you cancel your account, the money will be refunded to you.

What should I do with my tickets after they are sold?

The buyer receives new tickets, and your original season tickets become invalid and should be destroyed. The re-sale of original tickets after a forwarding or resale transaction could result in the forfeiture of season ticket account.

Can I get my tickets back once they are resold?

No. Once the tickets have been resold, there is no way to get them back. If they have been posted but not yet resold, you can cancel the posting and your original tickets remain valid.

What happens if my tickets are not resold?

If your posting expires and the tickets are not sold, the original tickets remain valid.
