Online Payments/Payments by Telephone

The Denver Broncos are proud to offer, for your convenience, online bill payment over the Internet and automated telephone payments. These payment methods and account access are available 24 hours/7 days a week. Please read the instructions below to utilize these payment methods. A password has been provided on the front of your invoice. You will be required to enter this password for either an online or telephone payment. Season Ticket Account Holders are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of your assigned password. To have a password re-issued the Account Holder of Record must contact the Broncos Ticket Office in writing with a copy of a valid photo ID. Upon receiving a valid request, the Broncos will then contact the Season Ticket Account Holder of Record to re-issue the password.  There will be a $1.00 Ticketmaster transaction fee for online payments.

To make a payment over the internet:

Ticket Forwarding

Ticketmaster ‘Ticket Forwarding’ allows the customer of record to cancel their “original hard ticket” and forward a ‘Virtual Ticket” to a friend or business associate. Once the account has been accessed, the patron can cancel the “original hard ticket” and forward a “Virtual Ticket” to a friend or business associate. The “Virtual Ticket” generates a new barcode and is formatted as a printable file (Adobe Acrobat Required). When printed at home and presented at the gate, the print-at-home ticket allows admission into the stadium. No need to messenger or overnight tickets anymore, just “Forward” them. All home games will incur a $5 per ticket forwarding charge.

** Please note: ADA sections are for ADA qualified patrons only. Please see exchange policies outlined on this website for further clarification

Denver Broncos TicketExchange

The Denver Broncos have partnered with Ticketmaster to allow our Reserved Seat Season Ticket holders to post their individual game tickets for re-sale on a team approved website. Once that website is enabled for 2008 (following our public on sale for individual game tickets), Season Ticket Holders can log on to their account via Account Manager at www.denverbroncos.com/ticketoffice and post their individual game tickets for sale. Once your posted tickets are purchased, the value of your sold ticket(s) is credited to your season ticket account. Unless a refund is requested in writing, that credit will remain on your account for future post season or renewal payments.  The barcodes on your sold tickets are canceled and new barcodes are issued to the buyer.

** Reminder: Ticketmaster and the Denver Broncos Ticket Office are the only authorized outlets for Denver Broncos ticket sales.

** If utilizing ADA tickets, please follow the exchange policy prior to posting tickets for re-sale. ADA sections are for ADA qualified patrons only.

Stolen and Lost/Destroyed Tickets

To accommodate Season Ticket Account holders, if tickets are stolen, destroyed or lost, the Season Ticket Account Holder of record can contact the Broncos Ticket Office and request duplicate tickets. If the tickets have been stolen, please provide a police case number to the Broncos. There is a $5 per ticket charge for replacing stolen, lost or destroyed tickets and the account holder of record must pick up the duplicate tickets in person.

Each Season Ticket Account Holder will receive, by mail, complimentary issues of the team's quarterly publication, Broncos Magazine. We hope you’ll enjoy the view from the ‘inside’ through interesting feature articles on the Broncos’ on-field and off-field activities.

Season Ticket Account Policies

1. SEASON TICKET ACCOUNTS

A Season Ticket Account is a revocable license issued annually by PDB Sports, Ltd. (‘Denver Broncos’ or ‘Broncos’), as licensor. Season ticket accounts are subject to the terms, conditions and policies (including the ‘Fan Code of Conduct’), established from time to time by the Broncos. The current policies may be modified and/or supplemented at any time by the Denver Broncos. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted. Season Ticket Account Holders should not rely upon or have any expectation that the policies presently applicable to Season Ticket Accounts will be applicable at any time in the future.

2. PURCHASE FROM YEAR TO YEAR [RENEWAL]

Season Ticket Account Holders are valued customers of the Denver Broncos, and the Broncos will diligently attempt to accommodate its customers. However, the opportunity to purchase season ticket accounts from year-to-year, at any seat location, is a privilege granted by the Broncos, which may be revoked by the Broncos at any time. Neither a Season Ticket Account, nor the opportunity to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, constitutes any form of legal or equitable right, including without limitation an express or implied contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust, or expectancy interest. There is no automatic right to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, nor is there any guarantee that this privilege will be offered or granted by the Broncos. Season Ticket Account Holders should not form any manner of reliance on the privilege to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, nor can there be any prescriptive right to purchase a Season Ticket Account annually. The privilege to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year is not ‘property’ and creates no property rights whatsoever under state statutory or common law or under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Location of seats in a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year shall be determined by the Broncos in its sole discretion.

3. LIMITED TRANSFER POLICY - BANKRUPTCY

Except as expressly set forth in this section, season tickets and season ticket accounts are nontransferable, including without limitation assignment or transfer to a third-party, change of names (except upon submission of a marriage certificate or court order evidencing the same), or purported assignments to an ‘in care of’ status. A Season Ticket Account Holder may not either voluntarily or by operation of law, assign, encumber, sublicense, or otherwise transfer a Season Ticket Account (collectively, ‘Transfer’), EXCEPT that a Season Ticket Account Holder shall be permitted to Transfer a Season Ticket Account (i) to an Affiliate (defined below) if the Account Holder is a partnership, corporation or limited liability company (in which case the account must be transferred in its entirety); or (ii) to Immediate Family Members (defined bellow) if the Account Holder is an individual by reason of gift or death only (in which case the account may be transferred in whole or in part; provided, however, that if less than all of the seats in an account are transferred, the transferring party must designate which party is to be assigned the present priority number and the other party will be assigned a new priority number). For purposes of this section, ‘Affiliate’ means any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control (directly or indirectly) with the Season Ticket Account Holder (‘control’ shall mean the ownership of more than 50% of the controlled or controlling entity) and ‘Immediate Family Members’ means a parent, spouse, child or sibling. Season Ticket Accounts shall not be deemed to be property of an estate in bankruptcy and are not transferable under the United States Bankruptcy Code. In the event that a Season Ticket Account Holder files for protection under any chapter of Bankruptcy Code, the subject Season Ticket Account shall immediately become void and of no further force and effect, and the Broncos shall be entitled to resell the Season Ticket Account to a third-party in its sole and complete discretion. If the Season Ticket Account Holder of Record is deceased, the court appointed Personal Representative may transfer the tickets to one or more of the deceased Season Ticket Account Holder’s Immediate Family Members as defined above. The Personal Representative must provide documentation by the courts authorizing him or her to act in that capacity and information or documentation to demonstrate that the Proposed Account Holder is an Immediate Family Member.

4. REVOCATION OF SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT - DISPUTES

The Denver Broncos reserve the right to revoke any season ticket or Season Ticket Account without cause upon render of the refund based on the price printed on the face of the ticket. The Denver Broncos reserve the right to revoke any season ticket or Season Ticket Account with cause and without refund, because of without limitation, violation of any of the policies of the Denver Broncos, misconduct (see the “Fan Code of Conduct”), ticket ownership disputes involving the Broncos, and profiteering through the resale of a season ticket or Season Ticket Accounts. All costs of the Broncos, including attorney’s fees, relating to any dispute concerning Season Ticket Account ownership costs, benefits and/or policies (whether or not the Broncos are named as a party in any litigation) will be charged to the Season Ticket Account Holder. There are no refunds or exchanges on Broncos season tickets or Season Ticket Accounts.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

The Broncos are not responsible for and the ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the game or related events, to which this ticket admits the holder, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of the football game or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the ticket holder. The ticket holder grants to the NFL, the Broncos and their designees the irrevocable permission
to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the football game or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the NFL, the Broncos and their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters. Ticket holder may not enter the football game or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the NFL’s and the Broncos express written consent.
